We are growing our team in 2022 to further support our technology candidates and clients remotely across Australia, and launching a new brand alongside NewyTechPeople, called RemoteTechPeople to cater for our clients hiring fully remote across Australia.

We’re looking for someone who values autonomy and personal accountability, with a “remote first” culture we don’t mind where in Australia you are located, you could be regional, in the capital cities or near the beach.

People that do well at NewyTechpeople and RemoteTechPeople, own and drive their client and canidate relationships, and therefore produce positive outcomes for all parties.

NewyTechPeople and RemoteTechPeople are more than a recruitment company, you will be supported with high brand awareness through our marketing strategy and our dedicated NewyTechPeople podcast, and the soon to be launched – RemoteTechPeople podcast.

We offer a market-leading bonus structure, you will join a business with a combined 20 years of technical recruitment in the leadership team, and a broader team of 10 fun-loving recruiters. We are open to full-time or part-time options. If you choose to work part-time you will be supported and not expected to work on your days off.

We offer you support in building your personal brand in the market with access to a dedicated marketing resource in our business.

There is also an opportunity for those that are interested to lead the Development Practice, and mentor a team.

What success looks like

  • We are looking for self-driven, professionals who are passionate about building long-term partnerships with our clients and candidates.
  • You have a genuine interest in people, are curious by nature, and enjoy speaking and communicating with others.
  • You have a will to succeed, are professional in your business dealings, and take pride in your personal achievements.
  • Experience in an end-to-end recruitment role, developing creative sourcing strategies across a variety of channels, leaving no stone unturned in search of the best talent for your clients
  • Ability to own and drive long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • You have the resilience and drive to manage your time in an outcomes-driven environment
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to understand broader business objectives
  • You take ownership of your delivery and client/candidate relationships
  • Passion for great customer service and delivery
  • Attention to detail, and adherence to compliance (reference checks, work rights checks)
  • Technology recruitment experience or an interest in technology.
