What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting a major system upgrade, ensuring Salesforce is optimized for business needs.
• Building out a stakeholder model—the framework is in place, and now it needs execution.
• Managing releases and user administration, ensuring seamless system functionality.
• Collaborating within an Agile delivery team, communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Handling data modeling, using Flow, and playing a key role in Salesforce delivery.

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a delivery-focused role (not just system admin).
• Strong release management and user administration experience.
• Experience in data modeling, Flow, and automating Salesforce processes.
• Agile delivery experience—working across multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills—you’ll work with a wide range of teams.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce Connect.
