THE OPPORTUNITY

As a core member of the project team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Digital Transformation team, vendors, and project resources as the liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics ERP product vision, goals, and requirements for the ERP system implementation. 

As Product Owner, you will develop and maintain the product backlog, prioritising features and enhancements based on business value and customer needs, and effectively communicate priorities to the development team. You will collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and senior management, to gather and analyse requirements and feedback, and translate these into clear and actionable user stories and product specifications. Use Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Work closely with the development team to provide guidance, clarify requirements, and make timely decisions to keep development on track and ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet stakeholder expectations and benefit the future state of the product.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You can demonstrate experience working across major enterprise system implementations or upgrade projects,  identifying technical requirements across the project lifecycle and proposing enhancements or new features to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  

You’ll have experience developing solution roadmaps,  translating technical requirements, maintaining product backlogs, developing new user features and collaborating with the QA team to ensure proper testing. 

Additionally, you are a self-starter who is driven to succeed, an excellent communicator, with the ability to present to the Digital leadership team and work collaboratively with technical teams. You’ll possess a positive and clear communication style (written and verbal), including the ability to conduct large group workshops and present to all levels of the organisation.
