THE OPPORTUNITY

With a high-profile business and technology transformation underway, a key program of work is the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, to replace their CRM and ERP systems. To support this implementation and ensure the long-term success of their data management efforts, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Data Management Lead to join the team.

The Master Data Management Lead will have a unique opportunity to contribute to Ampcontrol’s success by establishing and leading the master data management function. This role will be pivotal in designing global standards, defining governance strategies and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of master data across the business.

This role will help to guide the ERP project team on best practices, data governance processes to support the configuration of the system and ensure ongoing data management across the organisation’s core systems. Managing data cleansing and migration activities to enable a seamless transition will be critical. 

YOUR BACKGROUND

You can demonstrate a successful track record developing and implementing data governance policies, procedures and standards to establish a robust master data management framework.

You’ll have the capability and experience to support the ERP and CRM implementation teams with data cleansing and migration activities to enable a seamless transition to Dymanics, while also leading ongoing continuous improvement of master data quality, resolving data integrity issues and helping establish data management best practices. 

Additionally, you are an extremely organised individual, with strong communication skills that enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple stakeholder groups. You will have a passion for data management and are excited about the opportunity to shape an organisation’s master data function.
