Are you an established Senor Product Manager ready to take on and drive the next evolution of fuseport.com.  It is an exciting time as they begin to develop their upgraded, industry-leading platform that is more scalable, more integrated, and more user and mobile-friendly. 

We are looking for Product Manager to own the fusesport product roadmap and to take a lead on key product, technology, design, and growth decisions, including helping identify, quantify, and prioritise new markets. 

The new platform will provide data management and monetization for long term customers such as Special Olympics, US Olympics & Paralympics, World Masters Games, World Police & Fire Games, Unisport, Australian Police and ES Games, NSW Rugby and more. 

You’ll work for an organisation that rapidly adopts emerging technologies, and will provide you with technical challenges to accelerate your career.

If you enjoy working remotely, you can work from anywhere on the East Coast of Australia, preferably close to Newcastle, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

Fusesport.com is a global sports technology leader.  Their mission is to connect sports communities and improve participation in sport.   Their SaaS platform helps leading sports organizations save time and money, grow their membership, and drive new revenue, which enables their customers to attract more youth to the sports.

Achieving global leadership over the past eight years by successfully powering major sports events and organizations to save customers administrative time and money. 

Experience required

  • 7+ years of experience as a product manager or in product manager-related roles
  • Strong experience working with and motivating in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams including product managers, engineers, and product designers
  • Broad understanding of the core competencies of strategy, design, engineering, growth
  • Strong grasp of best practice products, and tools and ways of working
  • Strong UX and CX mindset
  • Strong analytical, data-informed mindset
  • Customer-centricity in all aspects including customer discovery, co-design, and validation
  • Strategic and logical, able to construct systems and the big picture
  • Commercial nous, understanding business models and drivers

Bonus if you have experience with CRM or Membership software, ecommerce platforms, payments and fintech, or sports/data software
