What you’ll be doing:

  • HubSpot CRM Implementation: 
    Customize HubSpot CRM for small to medium-sized clients, including the creation of custom objects, fields, pipelines, deal stages, workflows, templates, and dashboards.
  • Automated Marketing Campaigns: 
    Create and manage strong automated campaigns, workflows, emails, landing pages, and forms in HubSpot, while adhering to best practices, strict governance, and controls.
  • Data Management and Cleanliness: 
    Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of contact data by keeping it up-to-date and clean, supporting effective marketing operations.
  • Support for Complex Implementations: 
    Assist the senior HubSpot administrator in handling enterprise-level and complex implementations and integrations, serving as a subject matter expert for the team and clients through HubSpot tickets.
  • Extensive Knowledge in HubSpot: 
    Serve as an expert in all areas of HubSpot CRM, assisting with important marketing operations tasks such as managing the lifecycle of leads, assigning scores to leads, nurturing leads, segmenting data, cleaning data, tracking activities, and attributing results. Additionally, handle third-party integrations and generate HubSpot KPI reports for both internal and client use.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • HubSpot Expertise:
    Possess 2-3 years of experience in the complete HubSpot growth stack, holding relevant certifications for comprehensive proficiency.
    Be able to communicate potential road blocks, solutions and best practices to internal teams and clients.
  • Technical and Analytical Skills:
    Possess basic HTML and CSS knowledge, exposure to WordPress and other CMS, solid Excel proficiency for data management, and critical thinking abilities.
    Able to translate business requests into system requirements with great attention to detail.
    Demonstrate a technical understanding of HubSpot systems, configurations, and definitions, enabling efficient issue resolution for diverse clients.

  • Integration Proficiency:
    Familiarity with HubSpot’s integration ecosystem, capable of implementing integrations as needed to enhance system functionality.
  • Email Marketing Mastery:
    Exhibit excellent knowledge of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, heatmap tracking, and proficiency in interpreting Open/Click rates.

Bonus points for:

  • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with other CRMs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
