Your responsibilities will be interesting and diverse; you’ll lead the development of the digital experience strategy and oversee the implementation of multiple digital projects and BAU tasks. You’ll set and define reporting metrics aligned to clear customer objectives. Using your data and customer-driven approach, you’ll identify and integrate insights into DX projects. You’ll be strategic and agile enough to implement improvements without compromising agreed priorities and deliverables. With technical knowledge, project management and stakeholder management as your superpowers, you’ll keep multifunctional teams aligned to deliver KPIs.
You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience. A highly regarded leader who supports her team with clear KPI’s, mentorship, and development opportunities. The Marketing and CX team is one of the largest in Newcastle and is well structured; you’ll have two high-performing direct reports to manage. By coaching them with a service and delivery mindset you’ll quickly build your collective profiles in the organisation.
If you’re an established digital experience manager, product owner or digital project manager and want to push yourself strategically and lead a team this role would be an ideal fit for you. To be considered you’ll need a strong understanding of web/digital technologies and websites. You’ll be required to demonstrate that you have exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ideally, you’ll have agile product owner certification and be experienced using the Sitecore suite of products including EX, and Contenthub.
